Saturday belonged to our Northcote 4th XI, who overcame Fitzroy Doncaster 4th XI.
Our total was 5/139; Fitzroy Doncaster 4th XI's was 8/136. Neel Malangi led the way for the visitors with 38 off 25 balls. Caedon Lane returned figures of three for 22 off four overs.
Parvan Singh's 62 not out off 55 balls was a half-century to remember. Ananya Goswami made 28 off 38 balls.
Onwards and upwards.
