Our Northcote 3rd XI were in fine form and overcame Richmond 3rd XI away from home.
Richmond 3rd XI made 10/177 and 0/2, and we made 10/195. Zac Mills brought up a stylish half-century, finishing with 57 off 87 balls. Ethan Sharkey provided good support with 32. Credit to Thomas Purcell, who took four for 33 for our opponents.
Ryan Siede was the hero with the ball, claiming a six-wicket haul (six for 30). Mills backed up well, taking two for 24. Joshua Richardson posted 51 for the hosts, a quality fifty.
That's back-to-back wins for the team. Well played, all.
